Music by Genevieve

Genevieve Eckel is a composer, conductor, orchestrator, arranger, and percussionist whose work transforms the symphonic stage into a living, cinematic experience. Blending concert tradition with contemporary media, she brings clarity, intensity, and dramatic sweep to every project — whether on the podium, at the writing desk, or in collaboration with world-class ensembles.
She has worked with leading European orchestras including the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker, the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks (BRSO/ARD1 Klassik), and the Westdeutscher Rundfunk Sinfonieorchester (WDR). She is especially recognized for her work in symphonic video game and media productions, where she transforms original soundtracks into powerful live-to-picture concert experiences through detailed orchestration, transcription, and score preparation. With the Orquesta Sinfónica UCAM, she orchestrated and arranged a full-length symphonic concert for internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter Pitingo, reimagining contemporary repertoire on a grand orchestral scale.
In 2026, she serves as Chief Conductor of the Neues Kammerorchester, continuing her commitment to dynamic, expressive performance across classical and contemporary repertoire.
Her original film scores have earned Best Original Score honors from the New York Movie Awards, Film Haus Berlin, and the IndieX Film Festival.
Genevieve welcomes collaboration opportunities with artists, filmmakers, orchestras, and music directors. Whether you need a conductor, an original film score, or a commissioned work, she brings a thoughtful approach to every project
